Activity 24
This retrospective closes Level 6 and the Deepening phase. It asks the hard question: has any of this actually changed anything? Not in theory, but in the way we show up to work every day. It is the difference between doing team-building exercises and becoming a better team.
Check your shared goal and progress toward it. Discuss what propels you and what holds you back. Conclude with a concrete decision on how to proceed.
Kapitel 1 frames goal-tracking as a technical structure that keeps the social system oriented, and Kapitel 3 describes sensemaking as the process that synchronizes thinking and action. This retrospective applies both: you look back across all six levels with three lenses — what has genuinely shifted, what remains theoretical, and where old patterns have crept back in. It is broader than the trust-focused check in Activity 16, asking whether communication, working agreements, and team dynamics have actually changed in practice. The honesty required for this conversation is itself evidence of the trust built across the program, and the concrete decision at the end ensures the reflection translates into movement.
Outcomes
I can evaluate whether our team development efforts are producing real change in how we work together.
