DIY Team Building

48 activities take your team from first encounters to a thriving, self-aware collaboration with 1 hour / week.

The sequence is deliberate: early activities build trust and shared identity, middle activities add structure and honest feedback, later activities deepen conflict skills and team maturity. Each activity stands alone, but together they form a complete development arc. Work through them in order, at your own pace: one activity per week keeps the momentum without overwhelming the schedule.

Every activity is grounded in the principles of systems thinking, shared understanding, and productive differentiation. The theory section of each activity explains the mechanism behind it and connects it to earlier work, so you can see how your team grows from one activity to the next.
