A glossary and information radiator are living documents. If they never change, they are decoration. This lesson asks the team to hold their shared tools up to the light and ask whether they still reflect reality. It is a small act with a large implication: the team owns its language and its visibility, and that ownership includes the willingness to revise.
The shared language you built in Activities 17 through 19 was not meant to be permanent on first draft. Words gain new meaning through use. Some terms from early levels may now feel thin or outdated. Others may be missing entirely. The information radiator, introduced as a transparency tool in Activities 25 and 26, should now reflect a team that has been through conflict, celebration, pressure, and growth. This revision exercise is also a recognition exercise. The act of saying "this word means something different to me now" is an acknowledgment that you have changed, and so has the team. From the first glossary entries in Level 5 to this revision in Level 11, you are tracing an arc of shared understanding that did not exist before you started.
