Activity 41
This is not just logistics. Planning the final celebration is a team exercise in shared meaning-making. It asks: how do we want to honor what we have been through together? The answer to that question says more about the team than any charter or glossary ever could.
Endings matter. A team that rushes to the finish without pausing loses something important. The planning itself becomes a mirror. Who volunteers to organize? Who thinks about the details others miss? Who ensures everyone's voice is included? These are the same dynamics you examined in Activities 33 through 36 around roles and decision formats, now applied to something joyful. The celebration does not need to be expensive or elaborate. A shared meal, a walk to a meaningful place, or a simple gathering where people can speak honestly about what the experience meant to them. What matters is that it was chosen together, not defaulted into. From the first walk in Activity 1 to this moment, you have been building the capacity to do exactly this, decide something together that reflects who you actually are.
Outcomes
I understand that planning a celebration together is itself an act of team reflection and commitment.
