Building on the trust established in Activities 1–4 and the shared understanding developed through Level 2, you now take the relationship beyond professional boundaries. A shared meal is one of the oldest rituals for building connection because it combines physical comfort, unhurried time, and a setting that signals something other than work. The conversations that happen outside the office often carry more weight precisely because nobody is performing a role. This is where sensemaking — the team's shared interpretation of experiences — extends into personal territory.
