Activity 16
Trust does not maintain itself. It requires periodic examination, the same way a garden requires weeding. This retrospective closes Level 4 by asking the team to look honestly at what is working and what is not. It is a checkpoint, not a verdict.
Collect moments where trust became visible. Talk about what makes you feel safe and what weakens trust. Derive small, concrete agreements from this.
Kapitel 4 makes clear that the problem in teams is rarely conflict itself but its unspeakability. A structured retrospective on trust creates a frame where those unspeakable things can be named safely. Now that you have practiced communication, listening, and appreciation across Activities 9–15, you have the vocabulary and the relational capital to examine trust honestly. The exercise asks three simple questions — what strengthens trust, what weakens it, and what small action follows — and the structure prevents the conversation from drifting into vague complaints or forced positivity.
Outcomes
I can identify the specific behaviors and conditions that build or erode trust in my team.
