Kapitel 2 warns that without trust, differences feel threatening — and Kapitel 4 shows that self-knowledge and open communication turn those same differences into assets. The bingo format lowers the barrier to disclosure by wrapping it in humor, making it safe to name the habits others find baffling. Now that you have built trust through Activities 1–12, you can be honest about the edges that make you different without fearing rejection. Once surfaced, those quirks shift from silent sources of friction to openly acknowledged features of how the team works.
