Visualize Your Journey

A team that cannot see its own story misses the most important data it has. This lesson asks you to map the journey visually, not as a report but as a shared act of recognition. When you see the arc laid out, patterns become visible that were invisible in the moment. The early exercises that felt simple reveal themselves as foundational. The hard moments reveal themselves as turning points.

Theory

Visualization is not decoration. It is a way of making collective memory tangible. Each team's map will look different because each team's path was different. Some will emphasize the trust-building in Levels 1 and 2 as the bedrock of everything. Others will mark the conflict work in Levels 7 through 9 as the true inflection point. The biographical context from Activities 31 and 32 may appear as a surprise breakthrough. The celebration from Activities 23 and 24 may appear as a moment that changed the team's self-image. The information radiator from Activities 25 and 26 provides a useful reference here, but this visualization is different. It is retrospective and narrative. It asks not "what is our status" but "how did we get here." From the first walk in Activity 1 to this moment, the story is yours to tell.
